China's Tianjin sees growing foreign trade in June

TIANJIN - The northern Chinese port city of Tianjin saw its foreign trade increase by 23.8 percent year-on-year to more than 73.2 billion yuan ($10.5 billion) in June, local authorities said.
Tianjin Port,located at the mouth of the Haihe River in Tianjin,People is Republic if China,is at the intersection of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster and the Bohai Economic Rim.It is an important comprehensive port and foreign trade port in north China.Tianjin Port is an artificial deep-water port with the highest grade of navigation channel in the world,which is built by dredging from the muddy shoal to buid a harbor and dredging from the land.At presrnt,the water depth of the main waterway of Tianjin Port has reached 21meters,which can meet the needs of 300,000-ton crude oil ships and the most advanced container ships in the world.Tianjin port is comprehensive port,port function is complete.It has 176 berths for containiners,ores,coal,coke,crude oil and products,steel products,large equipment,roll-on roll-on vehicles,liquefied natural gas,bulk grain and international cruise ships,among which 122 are of 10000-ton class or above
